A Covenant Community
Canyon Springs Homeowner's Association (HOA) has adopted a strong set of protective covenants to provide owners the assurance of architectural integrity and compatibility throughout the community. This is the surest way to protect home values. The Board of Directors and the Architectural Control Committee govern and enforce these protective covenants.
The Homeowner's Association
Every homeowner is automatically a member of the Canyon Springs Homeowner's Association, a non-profit corporation. Through this Association, each resident has a voice in the Community -- to maintain its standards of appearance, safety and values as the neighborhood matures. The Association also provides immediate opportunities for social and recreational involvement among neighbors. The Board contracts with a management company to manage the day to day affairs of the Association. If you are a resident, please register on this site so you can visit the Resident's information presented. |
